About the Classes

These classes are informal and a gentle introduction to Silent Meditation. Adam will offer you some instruction and will tailor each class to those present. There is always time for conversation within the hour and you will be made to feel very welcome whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned meditator. You will find sitting in a group with others to be a deeper and more effective experience.

About Adam

Adam is a Mixed Martial Arts instructor, competes professionally and is one of the founders of the successful Kaizen Martial Arts Academy. He trained as a Meditation Teacher with Jitei White in 2021 and has been running these weekly classes for the Tara Centre every week.

Adam is a kind and thoughtful teacher who is trauma-informed and experienced. If you have any questions please send him a message directly. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find sitting with others in a group a great support. Book your place today.
