As a sound practitioner, I use a variety of specially designed instruments and my voice to support the mind/body into a state of deep relaxation in order for true healing to begin. My personal interest is in working to support recovery from emotional trauma which can be due to long term issues (such as issues stemming from childhood) or single event traumas (such as car accidents). In collaboration with each other, we will develop a plan and each session will be tailored to suit your needs.
As well as private sessions I offer group sound meditation sessions once a month on a Sunday afternoon and occasionally on a Friday morning, and there are opportunities for longer group sessions on Saturdays for a deeper experience.
