The aim of the course is to create happiness through bringing meditation into the heart of your daily life – not only to reduce stress and gain mastery over your thoughts and emotions, but also to discover your potential for unconditional compassion for yourself and others.
Our courses are always informal and inclusive, and have a good dose of humour thrown in so we’re sure you’ll enjoy the sessions.
The course will be live on Zoom every Thursday 7.30-8.45pm and you will have access to the class for replay if you miss any sessions or cannot make that time.
If you’re worried about cameras, you’re welcome to have your camera and mic switched off if that helps you access the sessions.

Week 2 – Connecting with Ease to Your Breath
Week 3 – Grounding into Your Body
Week 4 – Exploring Distractions
Week 5 – Exploring Overthinking
Week 6 – Self-acceptance and acceptance of others
Week 7 – Self-compassion and Compassion for others
Week 8 – How to Live a Mindful Life
Each week Jitei will introduce the topic, follow with a guided meditation practice and there will be a little time for discussion or questions. Sessions will start at 7.30pm and end promptly at 8.45pm.

AS A BONUS, you will also be able to access ALL our online community classes whilst on the Mindfulness course. These are:

– Weekly Loving Kindness meditation
– Weekly Mindful practice
– Weekly Qigong class
– Weekly sound healing recording
– Monthly guest expert conversation with Q&A


The course costs £56 payable in two monthly instalments of £28 via the link below. You can cancel your subscription at the end of the Mindfulness course or you can continue to pay £28 per month in order to access online classes for however long you want. Cancel any time. No questions asked.
