Sound Healing Day Retreats
Returning to Self with Sound and Silence
Monthly Saturdays 10-3pm £44.44
Tara Centre, The Storey, Lancaster
You are warmly invited to share this day of sound and silence in a small group setting in the beautiful surroundings of the Tara Centre. The morning session will include some mantra practice and vocal toning with some teaching on practices we can use in our every day life to shift our state of being from stress and chaos into harmony and balance.
After lunch you’re invited to lie down, make yourself comfortable and fully relax in a gently held space to the sounds of crystal alchemy singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums and voice.
These days are magical and deeply restorative.
Some feedback from previous participants:
“A total sense of calm. I felt cleansed and more positive. I definitely want to come to the next one. I also gained confidence in speaking opening about my issues (which is very hard for me). Still work to do on that but what a fantastic experience. Thank you.”
“It has massively helped me on my journey to self healing and reawakened my interest and feel for healing others. I had hidden it away and I think this has been quite harmful to myself. The session has opened the door to self discovery. It is ok to be means it is ok to be still. I intend to continue at least 3 times per week to have 30mins to myself for contemplation” .
“A sense of community. fun and joy and freedom and a safe place to share inner thoughts”.
“Felt very cared for. Enjoyed the new experiences”.
“I loved it. I enjoyed using my voice”.
“Greatly reduced stress meaning I am more able to get out and do things for myself. Being able to process emotions in a safe space takes away uncertainty and helps to see things in a clearer light. Having the time to talk to everyone after the sessions is wonderful and is some much needed social interaction and again in a safe space.”
“The sessions induce deep relaxation. They enable psycho/spiritual/emotional issues to release. The sessions invoke a deep connection with everything/everyone”.
“The sessions help me to keep connected to who I am in that moment … I enjoy the sense of being part of a community and I really benefit as a person for having an amazing facilitator of sound who is outstanding in their field”.
