NEW Online Gentle Movement, Breath and Meditation
We’re super excited that our friend and colleague Jacqui Green has agreed to run some online gentle movement classes lasting approximately 45 minutes every Thursday from 22nd October.
These classes are specifically adapted for people who may have limited mobility due to pain or other factors, who perhaps haven’t been moving as much and who are looking for ways to find ways to switch off their minds and relax.
Classes are offered free to every one (you’re welcome to make a small donation if you choose but not necessary).
