Living with Anxiety: Self-care Techniques to Ease Your Mind
A small friendly workshop facilitated by Elham Kashefi.
This will be a gentle, safe space where you can learn some simple tools and techniques that will help you cope with anxiety and its related symptoms. We will use practices drawn from EFT and Energy Medicine, as well as practising a few other easy breathing exercises. There will be nothing challenging, and we’ll go at a slow pace suited to every one in the group.
Everything during the session is optional. There will be a break with refreshments in mid-afternoon.
You’re welcome to come with a friend, family member or carer if they are your helper and that would enable you to come.
