ABOUT NICKY: “For many years I suffered with the agonising effects of trauma, loss, anxiety and depression. It was a coming together of two questions I read when browsing through a book;
1. How much love are you giving and receiving?
2. How are you being of service?
combined with life’s synchronicities that I found myself attending a Tai Chi/Chi kung demo in Wales. The grace, presence , love and connection I experienced through these simple flowing body movements touched me profoundly and I discovered a way to make friends with my suffering and begin to heal and live a meaningful life.
I went on to qualify as a Homeopath and Infinite Tai Chi/Chi kung practitioner and have been supporting and facilitating others for over 16yrs in settings including: hospices, rehab centres, schools, hospitals, support groups, retirement homes, at celebrations/retreats/ceremonies, gyms and clubs with people from all walks of life, all ages levels and abilities. I feel privileged to witness the amazing benefits of this healing practice”.
